Proper ventilation is key to a healthy home and is a legal requirement.  The requirement to get ventilation right has been brought into sharper focus than ever by Awaab’s Law. Landlords have a legal duty to get it right. None of us should have to live with poor internal air quality whether we are renting or whether we own our own place. So don’t ignore internal air quality. Here at Geese we are certified to properly test most properties for the adequacy of the ventilation system.  

Inadequate ventilation will make your house a less happy and comfortable place to live.  Condensation and mould issues become almost inevitable. These issues measurably damage adult and child health, and at their worst, in hopefully ever rarer cases, it has been catastrophic.  Just because you can see some fans it does not mean they are doing enough, or that they are operating at their original design efficiency.  We can check all of that for you and as we have the right equipment the cost to do it is not high. If you do have an indoor air quality issue and we can chat you through the options to fix it and empower you to keep things in shape thereafter.
